CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Level 2 is all about giving you an effective tool kit to coach your clients. You’ll learn to understand their underlying behavioral patterns and habits, communicate with them in their language and discover their deepest sources of motivation.
You’ll also take a further dive into your HLC 1 skills, including a review of the HAQ and Zone Exercise, and refine your Holistic Program Design skills even further.
PLEASE NOTE: HLC 1 and Program Design are prerequisites for HLC 2. You will not be able to access HLC 2 Online until you have completed them.
