I found this course to be very practical and thought provoking. It covered a wide range of areas and went deep with explanations. I'll definitely be able to put this into action to build better health.
This is a brilliant piece of equipment, I've been using it for assessments and its very accurate and very professional. It also gives lots of information to help build programs!
This was such a great class. I had many aha moments. I was able to apply the assessments and knowledge immediately. Which is true of all these classes! I, am so apply I made the decision to join the Chek Academy. If you want grow as a person and also be able to really help your clients back to their optimum health, the Academy path is the way to go!
I’ve tried other similar devices from amazon but frankly the quality and precision isn’t there for what clients need.
A great book to understand the biomechanics of golf, I have never played golf but I genuinely know I can apply this to any golfer and improve their relationship with their game and their bodies
The content for the course in theory was great. Although as someone who has been in the industry for 16 years & I’m witnessing the evolution of fitness - I think it was rushed. There’s alot of strength components that could be practiced by the students & played with asking questions but it felt like we didn’t have time. I myself signed up because I heard Matt Wallden is knowledgeable, yet I found he was swamped with how much information he had to try and deliver in a short space of time, which undermines his ability to actually deliver the content.
I wouldn’t normally criticise but I simply believe that the Chek institute is being highly regarded for growth and I’d love to see people walk away prepared. Not just another piece of paper.
Being a holistic course, I understand it’s important to label the many factors that influence issues in the body but with one day I think the focus purely on the corrective movements & the measuring devices would be more effective.
I still walked away from the course feeling like I gathered information & refreshing some old info - though I thought it’s worth my time to share how things could move forward seeing as I’ve personally ran similar workshops before & seen where I failed to land info myself.

Hello im Michael from Germany and I m since 17 into holistic health. ( Right now im 22 )
I thouth i know a lot of Things ( also run a little buissnes, we run a project, where we bath people in a ph of 10,5 - 12 min 10 houres a Day for mutiple days in a row, duewring this prozess we teach them about diet and lifestyle) with the knowlage, i allready gained,(just 40 % of the program done) im able to give my clients way better Information and coaching. Thank u a lot, for putting everything in such an intelicent was together, so the world can be a better place. Aho

Really enjoying the in depth knowledge and explanation as to why we should be considering Swiss balls within our training programme to benefit us in our everyday and performance lives.
I watched this video for the first time about 14 years ago and it along with the book changed my life.
The lecture still hits hard today and was a great refresher about the importance of the basic tenant real health. .
