Says it in the name... Helpful for me to how to move my body and eat optimally

Very interesting book and I learned a lot about what to eat and different ways to move my body depending on what my body needs. The assessment was especially eye opening to know what to focus on. I've retaken the assessment and got slightly different results so I knew what to change in my diet and exercise. This is definitely a book that can grow with you and you can keep using.
