Designed by Paul Chek, the CHEK Inclinometer is used to measure first rib angle, pelvic tilt, and general goniometry. First rib angle is important when diagnosing or preparing programs for such conditions as forward head posture, thoracic outlet syndrome, scalenus syndrome, tension headache, interscapular pain syndromes, shoulder pain syndromes and cervical syndromes. In addition, it can be used for anthropometric measurements. We recommend that skilled CHEK Practitioners use this instrument.
