You Are What You Eat

Presented by Paul Chek

8 Digital Program Chapters and 1 e-manual in PDF format

This informal discussion with Paul Chek highlights issues to consider when selecting the foods we consume. As Paul points out, our bodies replace millions of cells each day, as our tissues turn over continually. These new cells are made out of the building blocks that come from our food and drink. Do you want your bones, muscles, eyes and hair to be made from low-quality fast food or nutritious organic produce?

Paul talks about these ideas and more in this informative and entertaining audio program. He discusses research, uncovers controversies and provides suggestions on the following areas:

  • Organic vs. commercially raised foods
  • Cooked food vs. raw food
  • Food processingand food storage
  • Food packaging
  • Genetically modified foods
  • Food irradiation
  • Fiber, colon health and detoxification
  • The pros and cons of grains
  • Alcohol
  • Dairy
  • Animal products, eggs and seafood
  • Fats and oils
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Microwave ovens

The program comes complete with a manual which shows you how to highlight action items for yourself and has a comprehensive list of references and useful resources.

Important information

Overwhelming information regarding food and the industry. You will be mindblown at times if this is new to you, and your image of the human world might take a dark dive but in a mature way. Whats most important about this audio is that it awakens you to understand the human made world as it is today, in all its imperfection and contrast to the natural harmony. This awakens you to take part in the dance of bettering it and fight for the good.

Technically, my Audio material was mp3s on many different files, hard to organize.

Game changing complete comprehensive approach

I have been simply blown away by How to Eat Move and Be Healthy

Anyone that’s serious about training knows there is much more to a clients success than a simple meal plan and workout routine.

This book along with the HLC course tie together what many consider to be “intangible” (stress, energy, cravings etc) in a practical systematic way that can be refined to each individual.

I am extremely satisfied with the chek offerings so far.
