Great course going deep on stretching

Alot of interesting and important background information on the many factors that influence body tightness and its connection to the emotional mental spiritual condition of the person. Chek presents concrete connections of areas with organ health, cycles of the day, psychic themes & much more. Video material is mixed up with original workshop recorded footage as well as online course clips from what seems to be golf performance specialist. I found indepth video comments on certain stretches such as the 90/90 hip stretch, calves, hamstring leg raise stretch and the groin adductor stretch especially helpful because it expands on them with positions and gimmicks that can be done to make them possibly more effective. Included is a very effective 30-min body scan meditation for easing chronic tension which is now my favorite guided regular breathwork/meditation of all time, even surpassing Wim hof method.
Great knowledge as always from
CHEK. I wish there was more specifics on trigger point release methodology and reaffirming demonstrations of static stretching for each stretch, however a greater deal is expanded upon regarding the different stretching methodologies and their clarifications in comparison to golf biomechanics manual and ims1 material.
