Late License Renewal Fee

I promptly received my late licence renewal, and was pleased with the service. I needed to write an email in order to get my certificate to print out, and there seem to be issues with joining the CHEK professionals WhatsApp group, but the customer service was really helpful anyway.

I agree with the fee but post Covid I had some confusion about my renewal date ,hence the late renewal.My fault, but I didn’t see a renewal notification in my email. I may have missed it so fair is fair. Lisa Chapman was a great help.

A bit disappointed here, I received no notice that my license was about to expire and I said I could find no renewal notice message in my inbox or elsewhere. This query was not answered - I would be relieved to find, even if I were wrong, that the message had been sent and the error was mine. In any event, I renewed.
