Easily the most important chek skill of all

Paul is teaching you the most useful skill of communicating with your innermost self beyond the intellectual ego mind. You learn to reach into the depths of knowing and trusting your higher self to give you messages of yes or no to any given question you pose. This is used for diet decisions during the course but applicable to anything else. Thus a key spiritual practise from HLC2 is taught in this humble yet valuable prerequisite course.
The foundational but expanded knowledge base of diet is presented in the first half: the enlightening controversial and stunning facts from YAWYE, HTEMBH & L4DYEN are laid out along with Primal Pattern Diets. After this, the concept of fine tuning through soul connection, muscle testing and feeling bodily responses is taught pragmatically in the second half. One completes the course with a useful life skill for decision making.

All in all a most valuable course once one has the foundations of clean eating down, and is ready to regain the intuitive eating knowledge that was always there, but for most people got lost. Lost with exposure to societal conditioning, years of **** foods and torturous diet confusion. Ready to be rediscovered with Primal Pattern Eating!
