I recently purchased the IMS Integrated Movement Science course, and I’m already grateful I did. I’ve been studying with the Paul CHEK Academy for many years—taking courses from 2015 to 2020 and becoming a Holistic Lifestyle Coach in 2021. I have always enjoyed Chek Institute material and still do.
Representatives are very attentive and knowledgeable.
I would only ask that using points or credits be easier. But, it may be easy enough, im just not the smartest person.
I did order the audio and interpretation for Eat Move and Be Healthy. I thought I had a discount for points, but maybe not.
Also thought it bought a $10 booklet a while ago, but maybe not.
But products are great

Always love a gift card from CHEK Institute. So many things to spend it on :).

Like with a lot of things on the website it didn’t work. Hard to redeem and then after it kept flicking me from the UK to the US when I wanted to claim the shoulder manual. I gave. Up in the end. So a waste of points, as it was only valid for a day, a waste of time and of a gift card.
